Signing up to the Motive Playboard

To start using the Motive Playboard, you’ll need to create an account. To do it, fill these fields:

1. First Name: Your given name.
2. Email: Your email address.
3. Password: Your password, it must contain:
• At least 10 characters.
• 1 upper and 1 lower case.
• 1 number or special character.

To finish the process:

1. Check the box for the Privacy Policy.
2. Click the Create my account button.

After entering these data, you will receive a confirmation email to set up Motive Commerce Search.

     Validation Email

     Bear in mind that the validation email expires after some hours. Also note that the email

     you enter cannot be already in use.

Once you have validated your account, you can use all of its capabilities, from understanding how your users interact with your Search to configuring how results are shown to them.
