Introducing Synchronisation

The Synchronisation feature in Motive Commerce Search allows you to manually synchronise your shop's product catalogue to all the search capabilities provided by Motive Commerce Search. This article provides you with the necessary information to perform synchronisations.

Understanding Synchronisation

Although synchronisations take place automatically, the main goal of this functionality is to synchronise search results to the last changes of your shop's product catalogue manually.

Synchronising your Index

When entering the Synchronisation screen, you can see the synchronisation status of your shops divided by language, under the Last Sync column.

In order to perform a synchronisation, you need to follow these steps:

1. Hover over the language catalogue you want to synchronise.
2. Click the refresh (⟳) symbol.

You will see a provisional status while it is updated, and the time of the last sync once it is done.
