We know you've really enjoyed tweaking how your shoppers see their search results and this release of Motive Commerce Search makes that process even better! On top of that, there has been some other brilliant changes added to this Motive Commerce Search 1.6 release.

New features

Business Rules expansion

Up until now, you have been able to boost search results for brands and categories, so you already know how to configure some rules. Now, you can also work with specific product IDs and, more importantly, you cannot only boost results, but also bury those you want to give less priority too. Improvements

Searches over time chart

Several improvements have been introduced to help you better understand the Searches over time chart in the Analytics section. These changes include improvements in KPI filtering, on the chart's look and feel and the information displayed. You can now also export the data. Learn more in Introducing Analytics.

Backend

We've introduced some improvements to the backend so that everything works perfectly in the backstage. These improvements comprise enhancements in monitoring and the search API.

We've also solved some issues to make the product more stable and robust, including some bug-fixing related to the notifications API and the index deployment.
